The entrance gate to the sports field is located on Ninth Avenue.  BAS volunteers should meet near there.  We will try and have the gate unlocked and get permission to drive on to the field for simple set-up.  The school has been told we will start observing from 6pm and run for just one hour until 7pm.  The State of Origin match is on this night and starts at 8pm, so 6-7pm should still work for most people.  Sunset is around 5pm, so setup will be in streetlight-darkish.  Arrive earlier if you need daylight for equipment setup.
