This is an elevated compact space that may accommodate about a dozen astronomers. However the site offers none of the facilities available to us at Calvert.

There are a few conditions of use:
- No rubbish to be left on-site. Take all rubbish home with you.
- Many telescope set-up locations may have some degree of slope. Be aware if this causes you a set-up problem.
- Dust from the vehicle track will be a nusiance to other members and optics – please keep vehicle speeds to almost zero when inside the boom gate.
- If the boom gate is closed when you arrive, toot your car horn and wait a minute or two. Use parking lights if arriving/departing after dark.
- Overnight camping is permissible. (But remeber, no toilet on site.)
- Telescopes may be setup anywhere around the vehicle turning loop – please don’t everyone crowd around the BBQ table.
